Dokumentation zur graphischen Oberfläche (GUI-SCI) für GRAL-ST ROG

The following User Guidebook is primarily intended to explain the Graphical User Interface (GUI-SCI) for the Lagrangian Particle Model GRAL-SCI (Graz Lagrangian Model) and the non-hydrostatic mesoscale model GRAMM-SCI (Graz Mesoscale Model). The new appendix ‘SCI' (scientific) should indicate that the model versions are new branches of the previous versions 20.01.
More information on good modeling practices and further recommendations when using GRAL/GRAMM can be found in the documentation reports in the section "Rec-ommendations for using GRAL-SCI and known limits of application". It is highly rec-ommended to go also through the validation studies documented there to get an impression on how to set the various parameters in specific applications.
It is explicitly noted that the Government of Styria, Section Air Quality Control, doesn't accept liability for software errors and resulting consequences or misuse of the mod-els. It is the responsibility of the model user to check results for plausibility, which can be done by comparisons with results from observations other models for instance.
